“Farmboy” was generously on LEASE to La Buena Vida Farm for a couple of years.  We are so pleased with his influence on our herd!

“Farmboy” is a strong, powerful buck from champion lineage.  He has a very long body, tight shoulder assembly and width that doesn’t quit.  We love his level and wide rump, uphill topline and super soft dairy skin.  Indiana Farmboys’s sire, Rosasharn SH Epic *B (pictured below) was the highest valued goat at the 2011 ADGA National Convention Spotlight sale, selling for $8700. Of the doe’s in this lineage, three have been among the top five most productive milk producers multiple times, one holds the record for longest lactation (Rosasharn’s Buckwheat Honey – producing 2,194 pounds in 634 days) and another (Rosasharn’s Uni) set the record in 2003 for highest milk production on a single day of 305 day testing, and currently holds the record for highest lifetime production (8,500lbs of milk, so far!) Farmboy’s Dam, Little Bitty stands on her own accomplishments: ADGA Permanent champion as a first freshener,  5x Grand Champion, 1x Best udder, 1x BOB.
